Building Faith, Day 15 -Looking for Mr. Goodman

November 24, 2015

The psalmist asks God who will be in heaven,  (Psalm 15) “Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? Who shall dwell in thy holy place?”

God’s response is clear. “He that walketh upright, and works righteousness, and speaks truth. He does not gossip nor harm his neighbor nor speak evil of friends. He keeps his promises, does not lie, and cannot be bribed. Such people will stand firm forever.”

Indeed, all good people have a strong moral fiber running through their veins, deep in their blood, and part of their DNA. Morality cannot be measured. It’s either there or not there. We must examine each other and ourselves. If we have fallen short in some way, we can change. Associating with other good people helps us to stay on course.

(Psalm 63: 2) See His power and his glory.

(John 11: 40) When you believe, you see God’s glory.

(2 Corinthians; 5: 7) We walk (in goodness) by faith, not by sight.
