Listening to Jesus, Day 5 – Dare to Be Beautiful

August 6, 2015

Sometimes I feel sorry for beautiful people. They are so conspicuous! They are sought after and admired. But maybe that wouldn’t be so bad, and I would get used to being visible. When we see ourselves as God sees us, we can be amazed at our beauty. God sees the beauty in our eyes and smiles as we look at him with our love. God sees us as we want to be. He made us in his image, and we are beautiful indeed. Look into the mirror, smile, and see your beauty. Dare to be conspicuous. You are radiant.

(Psalm 34: 5) When they looked at God, they were lightened.

(2 Corinthians 3: 18) The Glory of the Lord changes our image.

(Galatians 5: 25) Live in the Spirit. Walk in the Spirit.

(2 Corinthians 5: 21) Jesus took our sin and made us clean.
